Mondays are usually catch up days for me, physically and emotionally. I try to keep it "light" on the heavy work side. Here are a few random thoughts...
I love jogging! Today I decided to run fast for a shorter distance. Instead of the usual 10 miles, I ran a 5K, or 3.2 miles fast. My time today was a record for this course... 23 minutes, 19 seconds. That was 9 seconds shy of my all time record, set last August in my first race ever at River Valley Ranch. Today's run was the best time for my normal course by over a minute, as best as I remember. I am excited about the upcoming River Valley Run on August 23! I hope to beat my previous time, 23:10. I also have another goal or two that I will share later. I am also training to do the Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, on October 11 in downtown Baltimore again. More about that later as well.
If you attend LifeBridge Church, are you as thrilled as I am about what God is doing there now?!!! I am meeting people and hearing about others who are testifying how God is changing their lives! That's what it is all about, lives changed by the power of God! To Him be the credit! It also appears that we are experiencing growth in our attendance in the summer... the numbers are staying steady even with people away on vacation.
The upcoming Fall season is on my mind. I am praying and thinking about how we, as a church, can maximize the opportunity to reach new people, especially focusing on the next generation. PRAY for God's wisdom and guidance!
Christmas 2008 will be the best one ever in this ministry!
Here's one that I have wondered about today... If you had ONE WISH for your family, what would it be? Leave a comment!!! Tomorrow I will share my wish...
My one wish for my family members that aren't believers (sisters, etc.) is that they would have a personal relationship with Jesus. For those members that are already believers, my wish would be that they would live a full life for Jesus.

My one wish for my family of friends and relations has always been well being. Achieving that oneness absolution god centered being finding that spiritual Chi or key to universal being with others is a full time experience.
My one wish for my entire family is that they all will become believers and feel the blessings of our Lord!!!!

Wow, my Lord has already answered so many prayers for my family. Thank you Lord. But my prayer is that my family including myself would LOVE THE LORD WITH ALL OUR HEART SOUL AND MIND. To know Jesus intimately:) That whatever we do we do for HIS GLORY.
